Please be assured that our website is still fully functioning and we are accepting new orders. However, as all of our pieces are made to order, please bare in mind that all new orders may experience longer dispatch dates than usual with potential additional delays in manufacturing and shipping.
As a result of this, the original production time of 6-8 weeks (this does not include delivery time), will be extended to 8 - 12 weeks or more, not including delivery.
We will try our very best to complete your order as soon as we can within the new processing time frame including delivery lead time. We request all potential customers to place their orders ahead of time to ensure minimal delay.

CAN I PLACE A NEW ORDER?
Our website is fully functional and we are currently accepting new orders. Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be processed.
All of our pieces are made to order as they are hand-made and hand embellished with the finest Indian craftsmanship.
Therefore please allow us 8-12 weeks for production, once your order has been placed and processed. (Please note this does not include weekends or bank holidays).
It will take 1-2 working days for us to process your order.
Once production is complete, your order is ready to be dispatched.

POSTAGE & PACKAGING
We provide FREE delivery within the UK and worldwide.
Delivery In UK 2-3 working days after dispatch (excludes weekends and bank holidays).
5-7 working days after dispatch (excludes weekends and bank holidays).
USA, Canada & Asia
7- 9 working days or more.
If for any order you have given us the wrong address, we are not liable for the contents of the delivery and are not obligated to give you a refund.
Customers may be liable to additional shipping fees after the 2nd failed attempt of delivery to the customer.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES
Amki can not take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance. Unfortunately this is beyond our control. Orders do not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs authorities on delivery into your country. Import Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you fail to comply with customs and consequently the parcel is returned to Amki, you will be liable for the additional fee’s charged for return and re-delivery.
