Our website is fully functional and we are currently accepting new orders. We will process all orders once the lockdown has been eased.
We would like to assure all of our customers that your existing order will continue to be processed as soon as we resume our manufacturing operations. All orders will be shipped to you at the earliest date possible.

Unfortunately for now, we do not do custom designs.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE PIECES?
Please allow 6-8 weeks for orders to be processed and made.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final.
We do not offer any returns/ refunds or exchanges.
No we don't. All outfits are made to order we require 6-8 weeks once purchased.
IS THERE ROOM FOR ADJUSTMENT IN THE PIECES?
We do leave extra material in our garments for minor alterations.
DO YOU HAVE A STORE?
No. However we will be arranging pop ups stores and exhibitions within the UK.

CAN THE LENGTH OF THE SKIRT BE ADJUSTED?

ARE THERE CUPS ADDED IN THE BLOUSE?
Yes, all blouses have cups included in the blouse.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?
All orders will be carefully packaged in a polythene bag with tissue paper, and then put in a satin bag. Then the garment will be placed in a mailing box for extra protection.
